Description

The workshop will be lead in 3 distinct parts. The first block
exists of a vgentle warming-up of the muscles and articulations that will lead in to exercises related to mobility, highly needed in ballet postures (hips, shoulders, ankles). The second block will be a ballet class with a classic structure, starting at the barre, continuing in the center. We will finish the class with the last block which includes vascular exercise, and endurance, ending in a stretch and relaxation part to calm down the heart rate and connect the mind to the body.​
