Future Manifest - Projektworkshop

In this workshop, Jonas "Jon Sky" Krämer provides insights into his self-developed method "into.ission." The internationally active dancer, performer, choreographer, and artist combines various urban and contemporary dance styles with a clear focus on mindfulness, body awareness, and emotional activation.

Participants can expect a holistic approach to movement, in which meaning, emotion, and expression are equally important. The focus is on the question: How can I tell a story with my body—not just technically, but with feeling, awareness, and full presence?

The workshop is aimed at anyone open to free, experimental work, eager for new inspiration, and interested in exploring movement as a form of expression in depth—whether in the field of hip-hop, open movement, or contemporary dance.
