As part of the Frei Art Festival 2025 , Studio Pro Arte in Freiburg is awarding seven summer residencies to selected artists from Freiburg and the border triangle.
These residencies offer space for choreographic research, artistic exploration, and individual development—embedded in the professional infrastructure of Studio Pro Arte and with the prospect of networking with international festival participants.
The residency projects will open the Frei Art Festival with a joint showing on September 15, 2025.
The format is intended as a targeted promotion of the local and regional dance scene:
Artists receive time, space and structural support – combined with visibility, exchange and long-term perspectives.
