About the Showings

At the end of each summer residency, our resident artists open their studio doors to share what has taken shape over the past weeks — a look at process, at ideas being tested and questions being explored.

In dance, a "showing" is a common step between the studio and the stage: a way for choreographers and dancers to share material, gather feedback, and test how an idea lands in front of an audience. This edition brings together local and international voices: Kunstorian presents Pourparleres, Jessica Fester shares Am I Enough?, and Milena Ugren Koulas offers New Work — each artist opening up a different stage of their creative process, followed by a short conversation with the audience.
