About the Performance
Choreography and performance by Safet Mistele & Aurora Magrì, premiered 20.12.2025 at Kulturhaus Dock 4. No Man's Land reflects on division — between bodies, identities, and the ground we share. Rather than remembering that we are born on the same earth, we are taught to focus on sides, borders, and oppositions. This duet questions whether separation is necessary, and how fragile we become when we accept the lines drawn for us. As the dancers navigate tension and proximity, the work listens to what emerges in the space between them — not only a duet, but a trio of body, body, and space, alive with conflict, memory, and possibility, read together, on the same ground, without sides.
