About the Artist

Sarah Bidaw is a French professional dancer specializing in house dance. Part of the FLOW'HERS CREW and associated with Cie ART-TRACK, her style spans hip-hop, house, and waacking. Coming from the north of France — a region where dance is taken seriously and offers opportunities regardless of background — she has built her path in a scene where women are still sometimes questioned for taking up space, and has made that experience part of her voice as a dancer and teacher.

About the Workshop

In this workshop, Sarah shares the technique, musicality, and energy at the heart of house dance — a style built on groove, freedom, and constant dialogue with the music. Participants work on foundational movement, rhythm, and personal expression, building the tools to find their own voice on the floor.

Open to professional dancers and advanced students, the session is as much about musicality and feel as it is about steps.
