Tools to connect body and space - Description

This newly constructed workshop provides a practical framework for the development of new sources of inspiration in choreography, using pre-existing material as a starting point. It aligns with the research on sustainability in the creative process in dance. The workshop also contributes to the ongoing reflection on the future of stage repertoire for performers in the absence of the repertoire's original creator. With "Re-constructed," the proposal is to share the process behind the creation of the solo piece WAK.NTR Rehab by choreographer and dancer Pascal Merighi, and to allow participants to engage in the practice of this process within the workshop. This offers participants the opportunity to deconstruct choreographic elements and reorganize them into new phrases.
