About the Jam
An open jam session bringing house dance and freestyle to the floor in a shared, communal space. Rooted in the culture of the cypher, a jam is less a performance than an exchange — dancers taking turns in the circle, responding to the music and to each other, building energy together rather than showing off alone.

The session sets a tone of house dance and freestyle while leaving space for everyone in the room to contribute their own movement and style. Whether you come to dance, to watch, or simply to soak up the atmosphere, the jam is built on the same principles as the dance form itself: musicality, respect, and spontaneity.

All levels are welcome — no prior experience is needed to join in, and there's no pressure to perform. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and be part of the energy on the floor.
