Workshop - Joe Alegado - Shifting Roots

Joe's classes focus on strengthening the relationship with the earth and our roots that is essential to our freedom of movement. It is his wish that the participants experience this connection and learn the weight shifts that are extremely important in dance. Coordination, rhythm, focus and above all authenticity in movement will be some of the goals.
